Costs

• £27 per month for a 1U rack slot.
• £36 per month for a 2U rack slot.
• £45 per month for a 3U rack slot.

• £35 per month for a mATX tower slot.

Zero (£0) setup fee is charged on standard configurations, a setup fee may be charged for non-standard requests.

Power Presentation

• 1A power is included in the price.
• Extra power is available for £22 per month per Amp up to the maximum for your server.

Each rack has its own APC UPS, providing local protection for your servers. Each single server will have access to 1 UK 3-pin socket included in the price, extra sockets are available for £5 per month.

Bandwidth

There are two options for bandwidth: Fixed or Pay-As-You-Go.

Fixed Speed Bandwidth

• 5Mbit fixed speed bandwidth for just £50 per month!
• Add more dedicated bandwidth in multiples of 5Mbit for the same price.
• Unlimited throughput.
• Reporting available.
• Gigabit presentation.
• Dedicated bandwidth is ideal if you need unlimited capacity at a certain speed, or if you need guaranteed capacity.

Pay-As-You-Go Bandwidth

• PAYG bandwidth is charged at £0.12 per Gigabyte transferred.
• Connection speed up to 40Mbit.
• Reporting available.
• Gigabit presentation.
• Not dedicated - other customers have access to the same VLAN.
• Billed monthly in arrears and rounded up to the nearest Gigabyte.

IP Addresses

• We give you 2 public IP Addresses per server.
• Extra IP addresses are available in blocks of 8 for just £10 per month.

If you require more than 64 IP Addresses this may require further information and justification to RIPE. We will advise you if this is the case.

Remote Hands

We know servers sometimes have problems, that’s why we’re on hand if you need us! We include 15 minutes of Remote Hands time daily with each server. Extra Remote Hands time is available for just £30 per hour (minimum 30 minutes).
